Money you add goes to your wallet and is used for bots. Top-ups are not refundable once they have been spent on a deployment or renewal.
If a deployment fails before it starts, the amount is returned to your wallet automatically. If a bot fails to build for a reason on our side, contact us and we will credit you.
You may ask us to refund unused wallet balance within 7 days of the top-up. Payment provider fees are not refundable.
If you paid but your wallet was not credited, contact us with the Paystack reference and we will fix it.
No refund is given for bots we stop for breaking the Terms.
